TITLE A STUDY ON CONSUMER SATISFACTION TOWARDS ONLINE SHOPPING AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS IN CUDDALORE TOWN
ABSTRACT Online shopping has widely held in recent years. Due to the growth of technology it has made as a part and parcel of everyday lifestyle. The arrival of plastic money or the debit or credit card and the smooth access to the World Wide Web has brought the shops from around the world to the desktop. Hence, consumers can directly buy goods or service from a seller in real-time, without an intermediary service, over the internet through online shopping. It is a form of electronic commerce. An online shop e - shop, e - store, internet shop, web shop, web store, online store or virtual store evokes the physical analogy of buying products or services at a bricks and motors retailer or in a shopping center. This is called Business to Consumer (B2C) online shopping. We personally have seen many of our friends browsing through various online shopping sites and purchasing things. Student community has become so strong that even the parents seek the help and advice of their children before conducting big purchases. This is solely because of their exposure to web and social media. Moreover, while it comes to personal purchases, students are very particular that they get best products available in the market and seek all the possible ways to secure the best products. This is where the role of online shopping sites emerges. The study is very relevant because it can give a clear picture of the future of online markets in India and the emerging trends in this particular field. The various factors that influence online shopping habits and its merits and demerits are also dealt with. This study is an attempt to study the consumer behaviour towards online shopping, factors influencing their purchase decision and their preference towards different websites, mode of payment and delivery systems.

TITLE THE PHYSICO- CHEMICAL PROPERTIES STUDY ON PULP AND PAPER INDUSTRY
ABSTRACT Discharge of untreated pulp & paper effluent creates a serious wastewater problem. Adsorption of activated carbon is a mutual method for removal of color industrial effluent. In this study is to exam the effectiveness of BT an absorbent in removal of color in contaminated water. Activated carbon were prepared from Banana Trunk using chemical activation. Characterization of adsorbents were analyzed with TGA, FTIR..The effects of pH, dosage and time of contact were studied for batch experiments. Maximum percentage removal (79.34%) of color was obtained at optimized pH 10, contact time (tc) of 180 mins, dosage (dc) of 3mg, respectively. The maximum percentage removal of pollutants was at acidic pH 8 (BEFB). At pH 10 the removal of COD, TDS, TSS and colour were observed to be high.

TITLE A CHARACTERISTIC STUDY ON THE PHYSICO-CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF SOIL IN A SLASH AND BURN AGRICULTURE
ABSTRACT Slash and burn agriculture changes the soil properties which could influence crop production and soil fertility. The soil samples were taken from an agricultural land in Salem, before and after burning. The objective of this study is to determine the physico-chemical properties and dynamics soil properties. Comparative studies of physical and chemical characteristics of burnt and unburnt soil were carried out. Through the use of burn plots and intensive pre-burn and post-burn sampling of mineral soil, this study quantified changes in N, P, K, Ca and Mg in soil during slash and burn agriculture. There was a marked rise in soil pH of 8.37 in burnt soil compared to 8.2 in unburnt soil. Loss of Phosphorous(from 20g/hec to 19g/hec) were less and of Nitrogen were more(from 182g/hec to 173g/hec), under the local practice of Slash and burn agriculture. Also, metallic cations (Ca, Mg, and K) has a small increase. These changes were related primarily to the oxidation of organic matter layer during fire.

TITLE The Reciprocal relationship between Inflation and Economic Growth with reference to India
ABSTRACT Economic expansion of a country brings out subtle changes in the economic well being of people. The macroeconomic variables like the level of employment, income, savings, consumption, money supply, demand for money, rate of interest, inflation etc., have been altering in the course of economic progress. There exists a large argue in the connection between inflation and economic growth, both theoretically and empirically. The differences in the relationship are highly reliant on the economic situation of the world. In the 1970’s, it is noted that countries with high rates of price rises started to display lower rates of economic growth. Due to this reason, the view that inflation is positively related to growth was substituted by the fact that high level of inflation is negatively related to growth (Friedman 1976: 270-73). The latter vision is well known as the monetarist outlook of macroeconomics. The contradictory views in the relationship of economic theory. Collective action from the world wide should be taken on inflation . between inflation and growth are not only in the theoretical literature but also exist in experimental findings based on the macroeconomic and development condition of the countries under study. Among the numerous empirical studies the findings of Khan and Senhadji (2001) reveals that the economy of developing countries can accommodate higher inflation than that of developed ones. It is essential that economic policies should be backed up with statistical information and an understanding making economic policies on this is just not easy but international coordination is important not just for achieving strong ,sustainable and balanced growth but for maintaining enough liquidity in the economy.

TITLE The study of Authorized Auditing of Dynamic Big-data on cloud
ABSTRACT Cloud computing otherwise known as on demand computing. It provides the services over the internet. It has the provision of facilitating users to store and access their data in and from cloud server by sitting anywhere and on any device. Storing data in cloud server also opens up so many security threats as data is accessed over internet and client has no direct control over data once uploaded into cloud server. In cloud computing the process of sharing data must be secure for the security reason. It includes it companies, business line, all online shopping sites including cell phone service providers etc but in other hand storage capacity and security are increasing issues. Cloud user have no more longer direct control over their data, which makes data security one of the major concerns of using cloud. Previous research work already allows data integrity to be verified without possession of the actual data file. The trusted third party known as auditor. The Previous system has many drawbacks regarding third party like any one can challenge to the cloud service provider for proof of data integrity. Also it includes research in BLSS signature algorithm to supporting fully dynamic data updates. This algorithm is used to update an only fixed-sized block known as coarse-grained updates. Though this system takes more time for updating data. In our paper, we discussed the study of Authorized Auditing of Dynamic Big-data on cloud. This is a system which support authorized auditing and fine-grained update request. Thus, our system does not only increases security and flexibility but also providing a new big data application to all cloud service providers for large data frequent small updates

TITLE HRM PRACTICES WITH EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF BANKING SECTOR IN KERALA.
ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship among the HRM Practices, and Employee Performance. The last two decades have witnessed a dramatic shift in human resource management (HRM) research from a micro-analytical approach to a macro-strategic perspective. Apart from the traditional administrative role, HRM has identified new roles in terms of employee champion, change agent and strategic partner (Ulrich, 1997). The focus of attention in HRM research in recent years has been more on linking HRM practices with business strategy and employee performance. Despite the HRM–performance connection having been proved, the linkage process remains a black box yet to be unlocked for a breakthrough in HRM research. Direct linkage between HRM practices and employee performance has always been a matter of concern in HRM research. Gaining insights from the concept of the balanced scorecard, conceptual models and immediate HRM outcomes identified by prior researchers, it is possible to develop an integrated HRM- Employee performance model. Banking industry viewed from personnel angle has its peculiarities. It is a labour intensive industry and efficiency of employees got a bearing on the quality of services offered. The banking industry, one of the major segments of the financial system plays a crucial role in the economic and social development of a country. A strong and healthy banking system is indispensable in a modern society as a financial intermediary and occupies a unique position in a nation’s economy. Indian banking sector has been passing through different phases such as pre-nationalization, post-nationalization and post liberalization phase. For this study, a sample of 250 employees is taken and using a structured questionnaire data is collected from employees of Banks in Kerala. The results of Partial Least Square Path Modelling (PLS-PM) shows that out of the HRM practices, Two HRM practices viz., Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development are found to be significant predictors of employee performance.
