TITLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS LEARNING OF SCIENCE AND ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT AMONG SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS
ABSTRACT ABSTRACT The success or failure of science rests mainly with the teaching and learning the subject. The teacher is the integral part of the process of education. The teacher is also expected to create interest in students through proper appreciation of the achievement of the students. Now a days science should be taught in scientific way, and the learning science is a important feature to survive in the educational process. Science plays a vital role in our life, so pupil want to study science in an effective manner. Science has a major contribution of make , in training the future citizen of our democracy. The secondary school is the vital higher development in the life. At this stage is nature enough to possess well formed scientific attitude. Hence, the present investigation is undertaken with a view to find out the scientific attitude among the science students in secondary school level. TITLE Online Complaint Process in Customer Relationship Management
ABSTRACT Nowadays Customer relationship management is very important for doing the any type of business. CRM is a term that refers to practices, strategies and technologies that companies use to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving business relationships with customers. Therefore, enterprises have spent enormous efforts on professionalizing their customer relationship management. Complaint management holds a key position in CRM, since it helps restoring customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. A complaint is dissatisfaction makes in relation. The aim is a relationship of trust between the seller and customer that leads to loyal behavior and to commitment in the sense of an inner bond and it is based on positive experience. The objective of the complaints management system is to make complaints easier to coordinate, monitor, track and resolve, and to provide company with an effective tool to identify and target problem areas, monitor complaints handling performance and make business improvements. It is implemented using ASP.Net, a well-established method for business process reengineering (BPR). Complaints management software is used to record resolve and respond to customer complaints, requests as well as facilitate.

TITLE Dynamic Analysis of Outrigger Braced Systems in High Rise Steel Building
ABSTRACT Braced frame structures provide high stiffness and moderate ductility. By employing the braced frame system, the damage is more uniformly distributed over the height. However structures taller than 8-storey are prone to lateral drift amplification due to the higher mode effects. In this study, in order to control the lateral drift, it is proposed to add a set of outrigger trusses at various storey level and to locate the optimum location. Accordingly, in this study G+40 storey steel building is varied with double diagonal bracing and chevron bracing along with varying positioning of outrigger location, in a high risk seismic zone IV and soil type II. Response spectrum analyses conducted in ETABS software are considered in this study to analyze the behavior of the steel frame building with double diagonal bracings and chevron bracings with combination of outriggers at different storey levels in the G+40 storey building

TITLE Observational checklist as a monitoring device towards elevating pedagogic routine of secondary school students
ABSTRACT Observational checklist is a strategy to monitor specific skills, behaviors and dispositions of individual students or group of students in the class and it is a developing field with emerging methodologies. Observation helps to assess students’ academic performance and classroom related behaviors (Salend, 2008, Overton, 2009) and acts as a catalyst for monitoring the learning progress of students in particular language-learning set up. It includes noticing, marking and recording student behavior in order to distinguish something from its surroundings. This type of academic enabler helps to measure students’ ability to manage their own learning (Diperna, 2006) and it provides rich information pertaining the patterns of the classroom practice.

TITLE An Experimental Investigation on Post Tensioned Beams with BFRP Fabrics
ABSTRACT Reinforced Concrete is most commonly used material in Civil Engineering works. It is essential to have sufficient strength and stiffness in the existing structures, several Pre-stressed Concrete (PSC) are designed without proper code necessities so they provide inadequate structural performance in order to avoid this they have to be upgraded to increase load carrying capacity. In this experiment post-tensioned beams was strengthened by BFRP fabric. The objective of this work is to analyse the behaviour of post tension beams such as deflection, ultimate load carrying capacity and cracks. To accomplish this post tensioned beams of size 1300mmX150mmX200mm were casted according to IS 1343-1980 regulations and tested experimentally under two point loading. The beams were allocated as Control beam, Post Tensioned beam, Strengthen beam and Retrofitted beam. The conclusion were discussed based on load deflection curve plotted. From experiment results the increase in load carrying capacity and the reduction in cracks and deflection for strengthen beams can be observed. Beam strengthen with double layer BFRP have additional load carrying capacity and reduction in deflection compared to other beams.

TITLE SOCIAL ORIENTATION OF HIGHER SECONDARY STUDENTS IN RELATION TO SELF CONCEPT, TEMPERAMENT AND ADJUSTMENT
ABSTRACT The present study has been undertaken with a view to find the involvement of the higher secondary students in social welfare programmes apart from their wholehearted concentration on studies. Being placed at the verge of school education, they are expected to be more prepared then students of high schools to exhibit social behaviour so as to secure a good social adjustment in higher education. The needed behaviour expected of the target population is social orientation which has been considered as a personality trait in the present study. The core of social orientation is found to be of social goal orientation, positive social performance, and avoidance of negative evaluations which are treated as its dimensions. The psychological variables self concept, temperament, and adjustment have long been treated as the variables of different academic performances and stand proved beyond doubt over a long period of time. The researcher, however has attempted to study the influence of these characteristics over the factors social orientation. The impact of the psychological concepts on social orientation and its dimensions is not as much intensive as expected. The researcher proposes the need for intervention programmes
